There are plenty of other ways in which you can incorporate ice cream into your festive season and we have many pairing suggestions. With a classic Christmas pudding we would highly recommend the simplicity of our Daresbury Dairy plain. This 2024 Great-taste 1 star award winning ice cream tastes milky and cool and the texture balances perfectly with the richness of your favourite Christmas pud! This is also a fabulous ice cream to accompany most desserts and one we often put with warm mince pies. If you are a real mince pie lover, would suggest warm mince pies are perfect with our mince pie ice cream!
Our stem ginger ice cream, which again was a 2024 Great taste winner scooping 2 stars, is perfect when paired with a sticky toffee pudding or an apple crumble. If you like spicy puddings then our spiced honey & orange flavour is the ideal accompaniment to a ginger cake. Our cherry & amaretto ice cream is fabulous when served with sponge puddings or delicious on it’s own. One of our preferred ways to enjoy it is with amaretto!
